In direct contact with the customer and suppliers, our team specifies and completes the information received from the customer.
Valuation
As soon as possible, based on our knowledge and supplier base, we prepare a precise material and technological valuation, we also present proposals for material and technological changes.
Preparation
We prepare the internal production documentation of the product, collect materials and adapt the machinery for the new project.
Prototype
We make a prototype according to the customer’s documentation. At this stage we specify the internal production documentation. After acceptance, it will be a model material for us.
Acceptance by the customer
We send samples to the customer and await acceptance and feedback.
Preparation of production
Recent changes and corrections after consultation with the customer at the acceptance stage.
Production
We manufacture in accordance with the prescribed technology. Each process is monitored and registered.
Quality control
The finished product undergoes visual, functional and electrical checks. Inspection results are recorded and included in the production batch.
Shipping
The product is packed as agreed and sent to the customer. We pack the product in such a way that it arrives intact.
